Message from the Chairman

The Chairman's Message

It is an honour to serve as Chairman of the Board of Governors at Cadet College Jhang. I see this role as a sacred duty — to nurture a generation built on strong character, discipline, and excellence in education.
Having served Pakistan and led the Pakistan Air Force, I firmly believe that the true strength of a nation lies in the capability and moral integrity of its youth. Cadet College Jhang embodies this vision by combining academics, physical training, and character building to produce confident, responsible, and patriotic leaders.
We focus on quality education, disciplined boarding life, structured physical training, and moral guidance — ensuring each cadet grows into a proud citizen and future leader of Pakistan. May Allah guide our efforts and bless our cadets with success. Ameen.

The Visionary Behind CCJ

A Life of Service & Leadership

Commander Suhaib Farooq represents the living continuation of his father’s 64-year educational mission. Having distinguished himself in the Pakistan Navy as a qualified pilot on 8 aircraft and completing an instructor course in the United Kingdom, he answered his father’s call in 1998 — retiring from military service to lead the Imam Ghazali Education System.

Under his leadership, CCJ was established on September 10, 2007 as Pakistan’s first cadet college in Central Punjab — and he personally founded Pakistan’s first Girls Cadet College, a landmark achievement that opened the doors of military-inspired education to young women across the region.

His community service extends far beyond education. Elected Nazim of Jhang district twice, a member of Pakistan’s National Security Think Tank, and a Rotary International member — Commander Suhaib Farooq is a public servant in the fullest sense of the word.

Message from the Commandant

The Commandant's Vision

It gives me immense pride and honour to lead an institution that stands firmly upon the timeless values of discipline, integrity, leadership, and academic excellence. At Cadet College Jhang, our mission extends far beyond imparting education. we are committed to shaping young minds into confident, responsible, and principled leaders who are prepared to serve Pakistan with honour and distinction.
In an era defined by rapid change and complex global challenges, the need for resilient, capable, and character-driven individuals has never been greater. Through a well-structured routine, rigorous academics, military-inspired discipline, physical training, leadership development, and diverse co-curricular activities, we strive to nurture cadets who think critically, act responsibly, and lead with courage, compassion, and unwavering integrity.
A cornerstone of our educational philosophy is the vision of Khudi, inspired by the teachings of Allama Muhammad Iqbal. We believe every cadet possesses immense potential waiting to be awakened through self-belief, self-discipline, and purposeful action. Our goal is to cultivate individuals who recognise their true worth, embrace responsibility, and develop the confidence to make meaningful contributions to society and the nation.
Under my direct supervision, Cadet College Jhang’s dedicated campuses for boys and female cadets provide a secure, disciplined, and intellectually stimulating environment where every cadet receives equal opportunities to grow, excel, and realise their full potential. We remain committed to fostering excellence while instilling patriotism, respect, resilience, and a lifelong passion for learning.
As we continue our journey, we remain steadfast in our commitment to producing future officers, professionals, innovators, and leaders who will uphold the highest standards of character and service. Together, we strive to build a generation that not only succeeds in life but also inspires positive change wherever they go.
In the words of Allama Iqbal:
زندگی زندہ دلی کا نام ہے
مردہ دل کیا خاک جیا کرتے ہیں

May our cadets always embody this spirit of determination, courage, and purposeful living as they prepare to lead with honour and serve with excellence.
